The restaurant onsite made meal times very convenient. The staff were attentive! I loved being driven around the hotel.
The pool water was cold! The check-in process took a long time because it was busy.

The staff was friendly. I noted the attention to detail. The room provided electric blankets and also underfloor heating in the bathroom. The complimentary mini bar in the room and complimentary cocktails at their E Bar was excellent. I also found the Kraal restaurant to be pretty good. Meal portions seemed large, and their buffet breakfast included mimosas.
The room curtains seemed heavy. They don't move smoothly on the rails.
